but that is a minor gripe that exists in the benson itself. I agree with your opinion, if it is like the benson, I thouroghly enjoyed that boat, sadly sold her once I got my fletcher. ahhh I did not realize that some DDs in that line is without the deepwater torps that is good to hear. So maybe people should gather some experience before getting ships they don't know how to use. From his 167 games were 96 with the Atago, he did an avg. He died the first 3-5 Minutes because he yolo'ed forward, dropping some torps and getting citadelled while broadsiding half the enemy team. Had a game today with a player having had 167 games in total and he was playing an Atago. Especially not with ones, that need some understanding on how the game works. So maybe people should gather some experience before getting ships they don't know how to use.īut I think people new to the game should not necessarily start off with T8 premium ships.

I like playing it very much - but what makes it great: It doesn't come with those crappy deepwater torpedos and it has German like hydro.īut I think people new to the game should not necessarily start off with T8 premium ships. While I thing tree PA DDs are much weaker than any other lines the Lo Yang is a great ship and probably the best T8 DD at all. Gaining really good AA at the cost of a torp tube is too great. I also own the tier 8 Kidd, which I'm not a fan of that one either.

Losing the ability to use torps on DDs is too high a cost. I'm not convinced the added abilities are worth getting the torps gimped with the deepwater torp mechanic. But even as a dedicated DD captain, I'm having trouble getting onboard the Pan-Asia train. Originally posted by RickyRockFish:I own the Atago and I think it is fun.
